Yeap those gears and converter will get you into the rpms quicker where those cams make power. I believe they are reccomended for those cams as well.

Yeap the converter and gears will help a lot looks like

MUTHA' THUMPR™ - Very rough idle, biggest cam for stock heads. Great power above 4900 rpm. Compatible with stock valve springs, benefits from converter & gears, requires cam phaser upgrade & custom tuning.

Never said it cant be fun... Definetly not fun when it slides out on slightly wet on ramp at 45mph and now your staring at a guard rail trying to unfuck yourself which luckly i was able to do lol

That combo would be cool thumprs with 4:10s and a tc. I'm jealous.

I was thinking the same thing... :LMAO:

And IDK why no one mentioned this yet, but I would rethink that TCI converter. I don't remember the last time I went a week without hearing something shitty about them..

Well let me make it just one day, pulling the trigger on a PI triple disc tomorrow because the TCI is a POS. The first pass down the track it was great, then the second pass it slipped a little in 4th and then it started slipping in 3rd and now it slips in 3rd and 4th.
