Doing install on my new auto. All i got to say is, f the auto trans cooler lines. What a pita. Everything else seems easier than the first go around. Hell i pulled the whole kit in 2 hours from the old car.

My manual was cake, my auto sucked as well. Trans cooler and AC lines right in the way. Have to bend and hope none crack

That's because you are the honey badger lol I popped my stock motor so aside from this being the 4th power adder on the car and 2nd motor I am more than happy with where its at lol it 639 on 12 degrees and then 685 on 14 so I said enough for now to be honest so a fuel system and e85 would be game changer and more timing but I'm just looking forward to it being in one piece ad enjoying for a good while!

At what power level did your first motor let go? Also what power adder were you running?

I had the plastic one came with kit. It leaked. Paxton sent me a new tank it leaked. They sent a 3rd tank. And it leaked as well. So I went on summit and ordered one. Used high temp paint to make it black.

I purchased the beefcake special but have some questions.

Do I need to change plugs and if so to which ones?

What coolant tank do you all recommend being that the one that comes with the kit will leak?

Which boost gauge are you all running and what all do I need to purchase to make it work?

I have more questions that I have been thinking about posting but they aren't coming to me at the moment.

Lastly do you all think this kit is safe on a stock motor or am I going to quickly pop something lol.

I see you're in Houston as well. Let me know when you decide to hit the track I would love to see your car run.

And your stock motor can last but you have to be prepared for the worst sometimes. There have been a lot of motors lost even under the best tunes, sometimes the old saying comes into effect " you gotta pay to play" .

Thank you, anything extra that I need to purchase with that gauge?

Also are you on your stock motor?
