why are you taking it out?

Cause I'm installing my Morosso separator at the same time as the Paxton. I will be running both sides of the valve covers to a T connected to the can and then to the CAI and capping the manifold. This method calls for removing the passenger side PCV and replacing it with a connector (same as the drivers side which has no PCV)

Not sure you guys are using the moroso for it intended purposes, its a one way oil seperator not a catch can. To do what you are trying to do you have to get a true catch can that is vented. Otherwise you are pressuring the system when in boost and vacuuming when not in Boost. The pass side pcv is to make sure the engine is performing this correctly, your main focus should be letting the engine do this while eliminating any oil blow by, not changing the pressure and vacuum operation.

What's the trick for removing the passenger PCV valve? It looks like the fitting to the valve cover should twist off except there are 2 tabs which are locked into the valve cover. I don't want to break it off. What gives?

Put a wrench on it and turn it. It won't break. Just took mine out and replaced it with one like what's on the driver side. No PVC.

I left my blue fitting in. Connected hoses to them. Vented to atmosphere

Mine is vented to the atmosphere. No pressure or vacuum.

How did you vent your Morosso? I see you connected the passenger and drivers to a T, then to Morosso. Is your other fitting on the Morosso left as a vent or did you modify it?

Left as a vent. No different then putting filters each side like some do. But I've seen people have issues of oil soaking filters after a while.
