How long did it take for your tank to start leaking at the seams? Mines fine so far. Temps are monitored via areo force so I'm good. Actually the money I saved from buying a new tank paid for my gauge.

Just depends. Some started immediately, some after a few weeks or months, and I'm sure some never have or will.

Last person I saw with that issue had a fucked up piston ring.......

I get very little, if any oil out of my breathers.

I get zero oil out of my breathers. Just like stated above last person to have that problem nuked a cylinder.

Pull all 8 spark plugs out and check.

Who tuned it?

I'm still installing the paxton kit, just checking before I put breathers on. :)

We will be running a rash of Carbinite Vortech Superchargers and Paxton Supercharger pullies in the next couple of weeks. 6 Rib will be 209 and 8 Rib will be $218. These are extreme traction and not for street use. They are track only. Put your preorder in today.

One of my bottom mounting studs for the bracket will not go in as far as the other(hand tightened, is there another way to tighten/loosen these?). Is that ok?(see pic)

Also I just saw it says to put a little loctite on there. I did not, but I cant untighten one of them by hand... suggestions on how to get it out?

Which hole should the idler pulley be in for the 3.8 pulley?

One left of where the bolt is now for the 3.8
The left stud looks fine, the right one should probably be threaded a little more, I adjusted them until 2 (or pretty close to it) threads showed past the nut. Someone will probably have a more concrete answer than me on the stud

Off topic but you in the Katy area? I went to a couple cruises a few years ago with wsm out to the sealy track and there was a guy with a ruby red auto that me and my brother (c6z) talked to a couple times, possibly you?

How did you get them to adjust? I can't hand tighten them anymore. I was thinking about putting 2 washers on and using a wrench but don't want to over tighten/strip them.

Ya that was me. I remember you guys. Small world. How are you liking your Paxton setup?

I didn't have to use any tools, I could thread it in as far as it would go and back it out just using my hands. I'm sure you did but
did you double check that the correct spacers are the correct stud? None of my spacers came labeled or anything and I had to measure them with a caliper, they're slightly different lengths, especially the two that go on the studs look the same to the naked eye. Not sure if that could be throwing things off a little bit for you or not

I love it, who's tuning yours?

The instructions say to run the stud in and leave about 6" hanging out. You shouldnt be putting it in until they are tight on the bottom two studs.

You should put some lock tite on them though.
