Yes it definatley will have plenty of clearance. We have used these cams before with even higher compression (flat top) pistons.

What would the HP be with a KB stage 2 kit?

Well this engine can handle up to 1000 HP but you should stand to gain 40+ HP from adding the extra cubic inch. Now Im not sure where the car stands now but that is a signicant gain in anyones eyes! Plus it has the ability for you to add boost, heads and cams, or nitrous, or whatever you want to make more power and take it!
