There is a thread on one of the forums where he did a quote and the guy said no. Jon Bond threw the parts back in a box and mailed it back. Wasn't pretty when the box arrived at the OP's house.

I and others in my area have had nothing but stellar service from Jon. He rebuilt my whipple and actually walked me through some issues during the install on speaker phone. I BUILT a stout wooden box, sent my whipple in, received a detailed to do list and 4 days later, I had my whipple back in the same wooden box.

I also had my Whipple rebuilt by Jon and he was great. Always answered his phone and took the time to answer any questions I had about reinstalling it. That was over 2 years ago and it's still going strong.
