i used to get in trouble and suspended all the time for getting in fights as a younger kid and i never threw the first punch but i would defend myself that's for damn sure.

i got suspended once for kickin a kids ass cause he kept agrivating me and he sucker punched me so i took him threw him on the ground sat ontop of him while i pounded my fists into his face. got suspended for a week while the other kid got suspended for two days. it was the same concept i was the bigger guy yet i only weighed 135 at the time lol
