Every. Damn. Time.
Every. Damn. Time.
These guys are arguing about Steeda and mufflers. I am too busy enjoying the Boss 227 videos on the YouTubes.
Flat out the best sounding for the best price for the 05-09 mustangs are the FRPP GTA mufflers.
Lol. I clicked on the link but once I saw what it took me to, I closed that window.
I think I was afraid I might get speaker damage from loud exhaust
No, this wasn't a link to the Legato mufflers, just to the sweet Boss 227 videos.

GTA's have been out of production since 2010.. They've been since replaced by Ford Performance part # M-5230-GTB..
Yeah, they put a TON of engineering into billet interior pieces and re-labeled products.
...
Yes, I know the springs aren't made by Steeda,
...
Steeda doesn't make springs. They're manufactured by Eibach or H&R. See what I mean?
They are still readily available on auction sites, Craigslist, forums and some vendors carry old stock. No excuse. I bought a second pair a couple of months ago from another forum dirt cheap.
I'm currently using Steeda springs and Steeda rear lower control arms.
They didn't turn the car into a Boss 227 (nothing could, the Boss227 package is that awesome!), but they work, and I have no problems with them.
Yes, I know the springs aren't made by Steeda, they use good-quality suppliers though, and before I bought them, I made sure they weren't re-badged Eibach crap.
I had Eibach springs on my '07 Charger and after 3 years and about 40k miles, 3 of the springs were broken, one of which (the right front) broke going slowly over a speed bump.
I will never again own an Eibach product.
Oh, and Legato's are loud.
Or so I hear.
My point is that Steeda does very little actual product development. People talk about them like they're another Roush, and they're not. Roush spends thousands of dollars doing actual engineering. Steeda makes deals with other companies to put their name onto other people's stuff.
