Not bad at all. I am at 464whp right now. 411wtq. Looking to go over 500whp with the cams that are going in right now and the E85 tune plus few other things. Then I may add a blower later. Or just spray it.

Thanks. That was a bad day too. It was running out of fuel and I had a spark plug close up in the middle of the pull. Switched to NGK's and never looked back. I have a smaller pulley sitting in the garage that should put me around 20psi. Just have to get time to switch it and then work on the tune.

I made 706/582 on 11psi. With the 4.30s I maybe see 1 psi loss in boost when I powershift. Not to mention the noise this blower makes is awesome and a blast on the street.

I'm also running a wastegate with a boost controller. I opted for the 12 rib upgrade as well.

I assume you bought a stage 2 tuner kit with the f1a unit and 12 rib, was that over 7k out the door? Because that's close to a Whipple, and the hellion tuner plus fuel system and I want runs close to 7k

Im so pulled on what direction to go lol

Also what maf do these things upgrade to?

Not even close. I paid just under 6k for my kit. I'm running the stock maf. And a 2.9 whipple and crusher inlet is well over 7k. My f1 is capable of way more power than I ever intend on making lol

Then why go f1?

My goal is to make about what your making lol wouldn't the d1sc make that?

I know your probably at full boost faster but shouldn't a d1 still hit it fast?

And what tires and clutch do you run, how are th 60s and eight times

Oh and thanks for the pics! !

Looking for 700-800
Mainly a street car ill probably drive on weekends and go to the track a few times a year

But everyone that's fast around here races from a dig and it's mostly built 408 LS motors with a huge shot and some fatass tires on the back lol

The rest is high hp imports, vettes, vipers and crap like that want a 30 roll

So I need to be able to get off the line fast and stay fast lol

I was thinking his setup might be good and I may can hook hard

A twinscrew will probably blow the tires off regardless on the street

But idk if the torque will be enough on a centri

I need to ride in one or see videos of a centri 5.0 launch I couldn't find anything on youtube

Did you look into the Novi 2200? I made 661hp, 540lbs with 3.125 pulley through stock headers. Went down to the 3.4 pulley @ eight Ibs still made 600 SAE.

Car went

1.58 60' with stock suspension ( it is an auto with a circle d 3600/3800
6.79 1/8 mile @ 102
10.62@126 shifting into fifth. I need to make a gear change, have 4.10's right now.

DA was 2100

There base kit is better than the Procharger. The intercooler has supported 850 hp and is rated to 1000hp.

I had not looked into that kit but I will

What amount if boost was that pass on?
,

8ibs that was with the 3.480 pulley. I am thinking a might be losing a tenth shifting into fifth. It shifted about the 800 foot mark and car was going throught the traps at 5300 rpm; certainly not making any power there.

This blower is alot of fun on the street. It makes a little noise at idle then when you get above 2000 rpm it is quiet. Drivability is also very good it is like a stocker until you hit.

I let me nieghbor drive the car around { he has a 2011 Camaro SS wanted to show him what he is missing] He came back and said...................that's was scary.....Twice he said that. Funny because he is like 6'6" about 280IBS.

IMO if you want a street racer go the a Centri and when you really want to get after it. Put a Jackel in the car with a fogger. Just tell the person you are racing with the LSX motors. No popping hoods. When I come to race a bring two things. A can of whip ass and some bubble gum. Usually when we line up I am fresh out of gum.

Lmao I might have to save the zex kit sitting in my floor I never got to use

I need to compare prices on a ds1c stage 2 kit and a vortech/paxton

Isn't the v3 and novi 2200 pretty much the same

Looking at there charts on there website it looks like the V7 JT trim.

Capable of 27psi and 1000 hp!!! :omfg:

I don't know how many twinscrews could do this for the same amount of money.

Now you just need a plate that says

BITCHES!!

They are also offering $250 cash back on there kits right now.

Hmmm, did you install yours yourself? Were there any "shady" instructions or parts that seemed cheaply made

I put a vortech on a 3vds1c and I was not impressed with the way they routed the coolant lines and how close the belt was to the t-stat housing, it seemed like procharger is independent

Im not sure on the new vortechs though

Wouldn't it be easier to launch with a centri since there isn't as much low-RPM boost? (Sorry if my question is stupid; I do corner carving, not drag racing.) :dunce:
