yea i have a problem with my exhaust. the side exhaust is shit, it is a 2.5" with 3 90* on each side is i have too much back pressure. i am going to get a 3" cut out and put it on the down pipe just after the k member. that should fix my problem. my tuner said it is killing my power.

Ran into a big problem and my only real complaint with the kit now that im done with the install.
Wastgate wont reach the down pipe connector.

First off i had to drill the threads out as there are threads on the wastgate already, no big deal.

Then I tried utilizing the flex connector to line them up. Its such a tight connection That it just strips the allen bolt and threads. Ended up having to drill out all the threads on the up pipe side of the wastgate and used a bolt and nut to attach it.

I tried my damdest to line up the other pipe i can get one bolt through, but then it puts so much stress on it i cant get the other bolt to line up.

What should i do? Say fuck it, dump to atmosphere, find something to plug the other pipe and then have them cut it off and weld it shut. Or have them try to cut it and reweld to reach? Either way i have a 2 hour drive to the shop. So whats something i can plug the down pipe connection with on the drive till i can get it fixed.

Replaced the heater hose with fuel/oil hose. Heres what the heater hose got turned into by the power steering fluid. It was seeping through everywhere and slowly melting it, was real slimy lol.

Yeah im just hoping its not too loud! lol i was thinking of just taking a flat piece of metal and cutting it to size, drill 2 holes and bolting it on. Just to get me there till they fix it.

Won't the watgate run better (no backpressure) dumped to atmosphere.

Yeah what a mess, got the same thing some trans oil hose, should be good to go now.

I'm not sure if you have enough room but you may be able to use an expandable pipe plug like this (they also have them with a wing nut instead of that toggle mechanism).

Good thing you caught that heater hose situation before it turned into a more expensive project.
