Hi guys, a few weeks ago, I ordered a Procharger kit #1FP214-SCI-H from a company called Impulse Engineering, the salesman was Eric Cheney. I was told on December 4th via email, that the order had been shipped and I would receive a tracking number in "a few short days".

It is now the 21st of December, I've emailed the company a number of times, and finally decided to call long distance to them. I found the number to be disconnected, and their website is in disarray. http://www.impulsecars.com

I called ATI today, and they say Impulse Engineering did place a order, however they cannot confirm it is my order, nor tell me any information about it. However, they did say they've been trying to reach Impulse for quite some time, and did suggest that I "keep trying".

I'm obviously worried about my money, but it is still too early to tell.
What do you guys think I should do?

I hope you paid by CC, if you did I would immediately file a dispute with the CC company saying you didn't get your order and can't reach anyone at the company you ordered from. If it turns out everything is good on the order you can always m cancel the dispute.
