Oh, and had a customer satisfaction survey company call me today. Guess I was automatically entered into the system when I visited Sunday. Boy was that an awkward conversation for that poor lady!

OP: If you are SOOOOOOO concerned about your car, then why did you let your car and keys out of your sight? You are the only person to blame here.
It's your fault for letting that idiot at the Stealership have open access to your vehicle. be happy it wasn't stolen.

It isn't progress to let yourself fall into lock-step with that sort of lowest-common-denominator attitude.

Everybody gets taken advantage of (aka suckered) once in a while. It's one of the less pleasant ways we learn to avoid being victimized the next time.


This whole episode reeks of tactics akin to "bait and switch" where the actuality differs substantially from the pitch.

I agree. I asked that it be changed a dozen posts back. I wasn't the original poster, I am hoping somebody could change it.
