Wrong bolt pattern for what, an S197? Website says 5x4.5 (5x114.3). So unless you have some different hubs...

Looks kind of plain though, not feeling it.

Looks kind of plain though, not feeling it.

I'm looking for a much easier wheel to keep clean.
I'm over spending hrs. detailing wheels and then drive for 1/2 an hour and they already need detailing again.
These look from the pictures much easier to maintain.

Your right they are certainly not what one would call exotic looking.
I like the fact they are a M/T (Mickey Thompson) wheel as that Company has been around for a very long time.
They are more the Ole School look.

I like them. Anyone know if they are hub centric or not?

I think you may be wondering if these are like the older Race Star Wheels that were (Uni-Lug)

I think these are like the majority of wheels out there.

Made to fit the specific car, Not Uni-Lug!!!

Not this type of mounting below ........
Race Star Rear Wheel Uni Lug Nut Kit - 10 Lugs (94-13)

I like them.

So do I.:thumb2:

Terry,
I like the look of those. You thinkin' about some new shoes for the TigerMachine?

Yes I have been watching for these to come on the market for months.

I am so fed-up with detailing my current wheels.

To be Blunt.
They are a Major Pain in the ass to keep clean.

So that being said I have been watching for some new wheels that are like for a Muscle Car look.
Some call it the Ole-School look.

These new M/T wheels look like they might just be the answer.
I just need to see the real thing in person to make that final decision.

I have looked up the M/T Dealers and Discount Tire that I just purchased my Toyo Proxes R888 tires from is a dealer
So just maybe I can get with the Mgr. and get him to order a set and see what the heck they actually look like in person.
That Dealer, (Discount Tire) is like maybe 15-minutes from where I am sitting.

The other hold back is I also want to run the New M/T Street Comp tires on those New MT SC-5 wheels.

That way it would all match and I think would look pretty Killer.

So I am thinking, planning and contemplating a change.

Sorry. The new MT wheels.

Mike,

I thought that was the one you were referring to.

I am going to have to figure out some way to actually see them in person.
As well as the new M/T Street Comp tires.

I think the combination looks Awesome.

It's like anything else you either like them or you don't.

Me being one of the older crowd here I like and prefer the M/T products.

The New M/T SC-5 Wheel & M/T New Street Comp Tire.
