pm Buzz Lightyear. I'm pretty sure he can walk you thru degreeing the cams. and i'm sure there's a lot of guys that have already posted in this thread that can help you out too.
Its actually much easier than the VooDoo you read everywhere,IMO. I don't have pictures because it probably took me 25 hours before I figured it out(Reading all the VooDoo confused the shit out of me). I will be getting my heads ported in the near future and when I reassemble I plan on making a video.
Things you will need are a degree wheel, 1 solid lifter(I welded a stock lifter), pointer, piston stop(I made 1 out of a old spark plug) and a dial indicator with appropriate arm and mounting point.
Step 1 is to set motor up on where you believe TDC is
Step 2 is mount degree wheel to snout of crank
Step 3 turn motor backwards 20 degrees
Step 4 insert piston stop
Step 5 rotate motor forward until piston makes contact with stop and note the number on degree wheel
Step 6 rotate motor backwards until you make contact with stop again and note the number on degree wheel.
Step 7 split the difference between the 2 numbers on the degree wheel and this is your actual TDC.
Step 8 and 9, repeat steps 1-7 and keep repeating until your numbers are verified. Only after you have double and triple checked everything you can remove the piston stop and proceed.
Step 10 install your solid lifter
Step 11 is to set up your dial indicator rotate engine in forward direction slowly until peak lift is reached, proceed .005" and record the number off degree wheel.
Step 12 continue going forward 10 degrees or so and then reverse your rotation .005" past your peak lift, record this number off the degree wheel.
Step 13 is to add the 2 numbers you recorded and divide by 2, this is your intake centerline.
Step 14 is to make your adjustments whichever way you chose, in my case it was with adjustable cam gears. In your case you will use the TFS sprockets and line them up as close as you can get to your recommended intake centerline.
Step 15 is to repeat Steps 10-14 until you reach the recommended intake centerline you are looking for.
Step 16 is to verify readings again
Step 17 is to move on to next bank and repeat Steps 10-14.

Is the short story of it all, I assume the person doing the procedure knows some of the basic steps. I am also sure there are other ways of accomplishing the same thing but this is the way I did it. I kinda typed this on the fly, if anybody has specific questions as to certain steps or I left a certain step out, feel free to ask or correct me.
