^^Good idea, there is some posts on this forum about WOT boxes causing this if there is an issue with the install, etc. Let me see if I can find them....

Well dammit. Can you get it on video? It didn't do it before the 100psi fuel pressure spike? Did it do it before the wire tuck?

Wire tuck has been dome for a long time... I'm going to swap out throttle bodies.

Can you pin point if it is a exact RPM when this happens or is it random?

Not to discourage you but TB issues almost always would give you a CEL....

If its random, it could be as simple as a loose TB clamp

I don't know what you mean by that. I'm only running 5.5 PSI right now

Does the fuel pressure drop or spike at the same time? Is there ANY possible fuel leaks? Does it produce any color smoke during the hesitation?

No smoke no fuel pressure changes

No boost spikes? Wastegate issues? If everything is mechanically hooked up right with no leaks or any sort. Its gotta be a tune issue or in the fuel delivery itself.
