i have 29k on mine.. 6ish track days with 6+ passes per... plus some street messing around... half of those were power shifting...
tried shifting into 3rd one day messing around with a buddy, and it rejected it... wouldnt shift into 3rd unless i was going slow. then shifted into 4th and it stayed there... stuck... shifter fork pads proke, and that was it.
Im not sure if the grindage is from the many times i was angry it wouldnt go into 3rd and tried getting it there.. (not my proudest moment) or if its from the power shifting... Usually always ground some going into 3rd.... either way i wouldnt recommend power shifting... not going to be doing it from now on.
