You can get in the 11's with the mods ya have but in my rookie opinion it might be hard to do on your current tires. I've always heard a cai on these cars add very little and that's why I didn't buy one. Hope ya get your goal.

Yeah...I just really realized that this whole thread is because I'm grumpy in this cold, wet weather. I somewhat know what "works" for these cars. I think I was really just hoping I was missing something relatively easy that would give me a tad bit more.

I guess I kind of think of tires and a stall as mods that are only really put to use at the track...which is all well and good, but for a guy who goes to the track a couple times a year and doesn't street race, "track mods" probably shouldn't be a priority. I'll still do them both and will be solidly in the 11's next year though.

I love driving the car on the street with these M&H drag radials. When they wear out I'll be buying another set for sure. If I drove in the rain or snow it would be an issue.

It kicks ass knowing you can step on it whenever and the car just goes.

my friends cali special , MT street tire [ not et street] 4:10s, CAI , a tune not sure if he did converter . Track rental last week running 11.7s all day. he is 65 years old lol.
