Well my old car finally sold and my cage finally got finished for my new 2011 mustang build. It will not make it's debut till late spring early summer as I have decided to wait on the new boss motor that will not be available till April . My plan for now is to build it and be ready for the motor. I have a 2011 gt500 front and probably going to be bullitt green with some lime green stripes very similar to the alms aston martin.

enjoy .....

Steve, is the engine you're waiting on the one from the recently developed Boss 302R Mustang? Do you have a price on those?

I'm looking forward to seeing updates on how this one comes together!

Best,
-j

Beautiful work on the cage, Steve. The attention to detail and gussetting is impressive and well thought out! One of the nicest S197 cages I've seen.

Question--you have dual diagonals in plane with the main hoop, but why not dual diagonals for the stays?

the cage is a copy from the ford boss 302r car . I wouldn't know why they didn't do what you asked.
