Ok before I have to put the flamesuit on, I am wanting to know who has the highest horsepower N/A 3V? What block, compression, and fuel did it take to get that much?

Besides the side tracking in the thread. There has been many threads before regarding the topic. We have seen 400-430wrhp in a few differn't combos. Most of the high hp 3 valves have been automatic with big converters and would show alot less on the dyno number's but et's don't lie.

With a stock bottom end we are capable of reaching 400rwhp that I can assure you. What is your goal and then go from there sir

I know some of the guys like N/A performance, I think his point is that to make BIG power N/A is just not going to cut it. Finally however the 5.0 is capable of being NASTY N/A and for that I dance in the streets! Damn LSx motors and making 400 rwhp on a mild cam all day long.

In my humble opinion, small cubes and a power adder is the best of both worlds. Light weight, good fuel economy, and lots of power. When you slap on a turbo or a supercharger, there is no real limit, even if you only have a little 2 liter engine. A turbo or supercharger is the great equalizer between a big and small engine.

Matt made 411whp. I'm going to have a similar combo head and cam package. But have an 11.5 comp 290ci bottom end going together. I'm hoping for 430+ but who knows.

Since.....ummm...never

But a bigger question is when did cubic inches become a cuss word for pony car owners or Mustang owners in general?

Since when did "what's the highest naturally aspirated 3v" have anything to do with new 5.0's or power adders? Never. Mods, please clean this up.
