New best last night!

Went 9.017 last night. Not the best weather, not the best track, but I think we have it figured out now!

Ran out of time before we could make another pass!

Unfortunately I just didn't give it enough out of the hole or have it turned on quite fast enough. Didn't have time to cool the car down and make another pass last night.

However, I already got it dialed in for the next trip.

Thanks guys! Odd thing it didn't look nearly as fast or violent, I think we got her figured out now!

I'm just excited to be moving forward again. We kind of got stuck there for a bit. We were just overpowering the track and the tires.

Were you staged shallow? That might have given you the extra couple hundredths if you weren't.

I probably was deeper then I thought. Oddly enough we weren't expecting that number.

We had made a couple changes in the suspension and the car had slowed down considerably on motor (by almost 3 tenth's). I was starting to wonder if the motor was hurt. We decided to make a pass on spray, after some discussion, because we felt that it might not be leaving with enough power. Sure enough thats what it was!

She was just hooking better then we have ever had her hooking before. Normally we would have blown the tires off with what we had it set at. Not now and it certainly wasn't the track because it wasn't all that.

The good news is we have more we can throw at her, especially if we have found the solution to our problem of blowing the tires off!

I'm going to remain cautiously optimistic until we can make some more passes. However, I hope to be able to turn her up a little more next week!
