Trying to get this stumbling problem lined out before this Friday night so I can get a few runs at HRP.

You need to hurry. It's actually NOT going to be raining this Friday. A first in several weeks. I got a half day Friday, let me know if you need a hand. I need to get your plug gapper back to you anyhow.

The radiator cover sticker?? :LMAO::kidding: That's one more than mine has, mine only had these three letters T, J, and L, on the FMA housing. However, I don't think that's the correct order of any of those letters. lol.

Interesting. Mine and yours must be assembled in the same plant or something because mine too has those letters.

Hell no. Steering wheel in one hand.....beer in the other. Put it in "D" and let it eat. I'm paying an assload of money for this car so I let it shift itself.

:LMAO:

Dan Gurney Hood

Hey US-1,

I did a similar set up. Got a Dan Gurney hood, added the Cervini M1 Scoop with the billet grille and Shelby Billet Aluminum hood pins. I took your advice and contacted Saleen for the hood pin brackets. In order to get the Shelby pins to work I had a machinist friend at my job re-thread the brackets for the fine thread on the Shelby pins. After that the body shop had no problem installing the hood pins when they installed the hood. I think they work and look great. I also got rid of the prop rod and added a pair of Redline Tuning Quicklift Plus black hood lift struts. I was a bit nervous about drilling holes in my new hood, but with some careful measurements and following the directions exactly they went on perfect. I really like being able to lift the hood a few inches and watch as the hood goes up by itself and comes to a gentle stop at the top.

To complement the '69 look I also added the Agent 47 mirrors, CDC Quarter louvers and the SHR Honeycomb tail panel. In addition I also have Chrome Bullitt Replicas with genuine Ford Cobra center caps. See photos:
