So after 4 plus years of chasing O2 monitors and catalist monitor not going "ready" I found the solution that worked for me on the coyote. This may apply to other years too.

I made a small change to the maf transfer, added a few percent, based on LTFTs which were +/-5% or about. I only added at very low flow rates as above off idle, the trims were even less.
First thing I noticed, cold low speed bucking gone! LTFTs are now less than 1%+/-.
After a few short trips and maybe 100 miles of driving, monitors are complete!!!
