I've done some looking around and really haven't found much on this topic. I've seen the FRPP manifold and the new Holley, but what else is out there? I'm particularly interested in the possibility of the 5.4 3v intake, but I know it would probably have to be worked over.

So let's hear some shit. Whatever you got.

I believe Spyder had a JPC Racing intake for his 5.3L 3V built. If I am remembering correctly he got the body of the manifold and the rails for the intake ports (I have no idea what they are called) and he welded them up together.

If you are referring to the 5.4 block not a lot works. There is a unicorn JPC one floating around but it is hard to find. The problem is the 5.4 has a higher deck height than the 4.6. This pushes the intake ports farther apart. There are companies that will fab an intake for you. It is expensive but it will get the job done probably faster than waiting for a JPC to appear.

Hogans has made a few. Logan Motorsports has one that you can order with a specified runner length. C&L had one for a while but its out of production. Same with JPC. S&H had a run of fabricated manifolds, but I don't know if they're still making them.

And just about any of the companies that fab up intakes can make you one. Especially since they can buy the Steeda CMCV delete plates and fab off of that.

Yeah I just searched around for the c&l piece. No luck. Hell, I don't even know why I'm even asking all this stuff. I'm not boosted, nor do I have cams. Everybody knows you won't see any real gains on a 3v without either boost or cams and longtubes lol
