Leave it alone. If you do change I wouldn't go higher than a 3.55 gear
Ditto - I put a 3.25 in mine...

Looks Good,
Justin always does a good job. I wish I was around I'd be there to watch!
Looks like you get to the top end of the list very soon.
Ya'll just better make room at #1 when I get home, I got something for YA.
CK, How about a match race some time next year, You head this way, I head that way and we can meet in the middle and you can watch the tail lights!

Like the way, bars were curved around dash. Ours pass right through outer A/C vents.
they were a custom deal I had done , didnot want to go through all the hassle of removing the dash & possibly making a few rattles . The only stipulations the wife gave me were , the glove box had to fully open & the accessories had to function . All is good around the Lamarche household ! we met mommas' specs. ( LOL ) Saleen Blower is not going to be on there next year. Jim is going to build the motor with a special blower. hehe. Car is going to get a full 25.3 chassis, swaping to a auto trans. I am going to run some Drag Radial stuff! JDM will have the rest of the year to play with it, doing little things along the way while they build the motor up right! 9 inch going in here soon, along with all the goddies up front, k-member and brakes and such. I am thinking with the power we are going to make it will cruise into the 8s easy, and if we think we can do it going to throw the giggle gas at it and go for 7s, but that will be after plenty of seat time and I may not hit it till the cooler weather in the fall of next year. Goal is Mid to low 8s on just the blower. I like talking shit, but in all honesty it is just for fun. GT and CK Good luck with your builds I hope to have some friends at the top of the list next year.

thanks for the tip , sounds like that will work nicelyI don't. Mine were like that and I didn't car for the loss of room. Since the dash got removed on this build, I'm finally doing them right.
One piece of advice I'll give you that saved me tons of headaches was I welded a swing latch for my window net. The net is always mounted up top and when not in use, just swings down to the runner out of the way. It now takes 1 minute to attach and is easy when you are inside the car and suited up. Trying to attach it before each time was a major PIA when suited inside the car...![]()
Friends are great ! , but remember , thats all out the window when we hit the staging lanes![]()

Figured everybody built them that way.One piece of advice I'll give you that saved me tons of headaches was I welded a swing latch for my window net. The net is always mounted up top and when not in use, just swings down to the runner out of the way.
