OUTSTANDING customer service.

Gentlemen,

Just received my Lethal performance level 1 fuel pump kit (assembly and install post to follow.)

Shipping was extremely prompt. and My first email inquiring about the kit was answered lightning fast.

When I got the pump, there were no instructions in the box. I shot an email to Lethal 10min ago!!! (its midnight on a Friday.) and Jarod from Lethal EMAILED ME BACK 5 min ago!!!!!! He said he would email me the instructions tomorrow.

Absolutely above and beyond!!!!


That my friends is Customer service!!!!!!

Back when I owned my Cobra's, I bought at least 10-12K in parts from lethal. I always dealt with Jared. He's for sure a stand up guy. Customer service is outstanding also as said above. Ive always wondered why they wern't a vendor here?? Nick
