Ok, I have been using 5/8 soft radator hose on the driver side pcv. Well it keeps sucking itself together no matter how many different angles or routes or length. I even tried putting a pvc(water pipe) as a liner to make it not collapse. My car being the bitch it is did not like the restriction. So, now I am thinking what can I do. Is there any way of using a steel braided hose with fittings? How does the fittings clip onto the factory pcv pipe comning out of the valve cover or do I need to reuse the factory pcv hose clips with steel braided hose? Any ideas would be much appreciated and pics would be loved. I have tried a couple different setups and my car won't do idle recovery without the pcv system being perfect. NO THIS IS NOT TUNE RELATED.

Use pcv rated hose instead of heater hose. It's available at most parts stores. Besides not collapsing it also won't let the crankcase vapors and smell leech through.

i had a similar issue when i used a vacuum block for all my vac devices, every hose i tried would get sucked closed.....so i got some copper tubing almost the same size that would fit down inside the hose. there was a curve in the hose so there was no chances of the copper tubing moving around.

Cut the fittings off of the factory line so you can re-use them. Then, find some reinforced hose, heat it up under hot water, and slide the fittings into the new hose.
