Hello everyone,

Yes, Comp does cut our Billet Cams. The situation has been addressed. I have spoke with Comp and they are requesting the Serial #s at the end of each cam box. (This is for our Stage 1 cams only)

Please get us this information as soon as you can so we can find a resolution. Please feel free to email me the information.

[email protected]

Thank you

Do you all have any idea how far back timeline wise this goes back?

Latest news:

We have found out their are 5 bad cuts of our stage 1 cams. All customers have been notified already as well. They will be warrantied out. Once everything is taken care of (paper wise), we will notify each person to send the cams back for replacements. We have been working very hard on this situation and just about have it all set.

Thank you for your patience.

I installed BBR Stage 1 cams in my car a few weeks ago and currently have my car at the the tuners shop. after working on the car for a while my tuner has discovered that the car is running richer on one bank than the other, i spoke with him on the phone and if i recall correctly i think he said when he put the car in closed loop it ran terrible??? well he decided to do a compression test and the drivers side bank all tested about 10 psi less than the passenger side bank. is it possible i got the timing off on the crank pulley when i wedged the chain, causing all this? below is the video i went by to do my install.

I'm facing the same problem after installing the new 298ci shortblock, bank 1 is richer I'm running stock heads stock cams , the mechanic did a compression test to see if the timing off or something like that , here

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bc8E...DvjVQa1PpcFOf5T_BsIYNi1xDke_XIJWNyvN47Jy3mYo=

all the cylinders had the same result but I've been told 3-5 stroke is the correct way to reach its peak

so is that normal or I'm facing a big problem ?

the thing is some time the car run smoothly on idle and some time don't , and I've to change the spark plugs 2 time they damaged on idle I even didn't move the car or drive it or anything to break in yet . I don't know should I re install the timing from the ZERO?

New cams are in route. Once rest are received, they will get there's as well.

Thanks for the patience!
