problem with tci super streetfighter transmission??

If you will never launch with it./....WHY do you need the TCI trans/stall convertor??? JUST asking.....thanks.

cuz the stock will not handle 600+ HP and I want to be in a safe side instead to take street fighter I'll take the super street fighter (to buy peace of mind)

Unoicorn.....as far as i can tell..the new clutchs don't chatter like the old ones did..BUT is is soooo damn noisy/sounds like a BOMB waiting to blow..i have NOT put on my M/T drag radials and made a single pass at the strip to see!!!!! SUXXXXX

so it's nosier than the older one mmm!!!! to bad,, but I have nothing to do except swap the whole trans to manual <<< and I don't like it or to install 4r auto trans and it will be a looong story then

All i can say is...the way things are as of RIGHT NOW..i wouldn't trust them with anything!!!!! A couple of months ago...i was thinking they were gonna make it right.....but NOW?????????????????????????

UPDATE!! It only keeps getting betterand better............NOW TCI says they cannot build my convertor.......Problems with parts suppliers...etc??? So after talking with them AGAIN...they want to ship my new trans with NO convertor(there goes upgrading to a 3500 10" stall...for only $275...from the POS street fighter 3000 i have currently). And I AM supposed to find/buy my own convertor??? Hmmm..there goes over $1000 of my $$$ again! Better yet....they originally said today...they would credit me at original purchase place...for my convertor(which would have been $500+ towards a new $1000+ 3500 stall)...THEN says...wait...your convertor is too old?? WTFFF i says....both were bought same time/both been rebuilt TWICE already in less that 2000 miles?? WTF now????? Guy on phone is pretty nice...gonna TRY he says to get upper boss to ok crediting me....DAMMITTTTTT!!!! DEFINATLEY getting a Circle D convertor..but this no $$$$ back from TCI on my pos convertor!!! GGGRRRR...i WISH i lived alot closer to Mississippi....trust me..they would get sick of seeing my face!!

I am very sorry to hear this same story again from TCI. I have been through this same scenario with TCI on 2 different T/Cs. I finally got tired of dealing with them and just went away which is exactly what they want. TCI and RPM Outlet must have the exact same business model.

Well i'm waiting for the fellow from TCI to call back today to see what the top boss said about refunding $$$$ for my POS convertor/see IF they actually shipped my trans/case of fluid!!!!!......THEN we decide what happens. I have my lawyer standing by to see if i can get it rectified myself. Don't know what legal recourse there may be....since the actual "warranty" on TCI junk is a whopping 90 days.....! Which brings up a GOOD question....Since the warranty was only 90 days on convertor or tranny...WHY are they offering to swap trans...but now suddenly NOT swap the convertor????? Nor refund $$$ on convertor????????

Have already talked to Circle D. They can get me a convertor built in ONE WEEK..maybe TWO at most!!! Problem is...TCI still owes me $$$ for the POS i currently have. Waiting for them to call back today. I left a message for the fellow i've been working with at TCI (nice guy) that since they cannot build convertors from not getting parts why not order me a Circle D...and i'll pay the $275 they said it would cost me to upgrade(discounted price for sure) from my junkass 3000 stall to their HD 10" 3500 stall. Maybe they will say...hell yeah..problem solved???????? I can only hope....THIS is getting WAYYYYY out of hand. Excuses for months.....ggggggggeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzz

It's gottenREALLY wEIRD since my last post.............Suddenly they will NOT build my convertor in front of anyone else...even though THEY OFFERED to. Then..magically they can't get convertor parts......THEN....I talk to laywer again....call tCI tell them so...suddenly a return call....MAGIG..they FOUND all the parts to build my new convertor. They called July 1st. Said it will ship July 5th. Nothing has happened since then. I called them July 8th. Dude says...guess what??? Convertor is BUILT!!!! BUT...."supposedly" someone at TCI magically shipped the tranny that was SUPPOSEDLY on hold for me...since MARCH~!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW...they said....new tranny is on conveyor..ready to go into dyno JULY 8th and ship next day. HMMM...nothing yet and NO return to several calls i left this week???? Guy says"TCI doesn't operate that way...just having problems"...LOLOLOLOLOOLOLOLOOLL

Well.......FINALLY the tr4ans and convertor arrived last week at the tranny shop. I just picked up my car today/Friday afternoon. Loaded it on my trailoer and hauled it home. Drove it some this evening. So far....all sounds FINE!!! Of course i didn't even TRY to get on it...just cruised around about 30 miles total. Installer did stall it and do a launch....i assume from the way he talked. Gonna give it time to seat things in...then put my M/T 325-50-15 DR's 's on it and go try it out. So far....like i said...just cruising around...all seems ok!!

Well.not so fast!!! When i test drove it last Friday from the tranny shop...it was like 99 degrees....so i only went maybe two miles. Sweating like a pig!!Drove it on a BUMPY road.
Thought i felt a weird vibration...figured..wtf..must just be me. Drove it last Friday night after unloading it.....bumpy roads again...thought..feels like vibrating. Parked it all week....had problems with 29 yr old step-daughter and her boyfriend..AGAIN!!! Forgot about car all together. Got it out tonight to wash it for a cruise-in tomorrow night. Drove it on a smooth highway....vibrates like hell from underneath????? Harmonic like a driveshaft??? Put it on jack stands ... no vibration till let off gas a little then throttled up again..vibrates like CRAZY?????????? It has a Dyno Tech aluminum shaft. NEVER had a vibration like this before?? Can it bge installed wrong/need to rotate it on the flanges...etc???

I do know that there is a specific way to install the Dynotech driveshaft.
I have one.
