problem with tci super streetfighter transmission??

I would not put TCI products on my car ever again. Been there/done that.

^^^^ Ding Ding...but since i already have the tranny/convertor and lots of $$$$$$ spent on this setup AND R+R it three times.........i'm kinda stuck!!!! NO $$$$ right now to switch to a different trans/convertor.

Which trans do you have..850hp Street fighter or the supposed 1200 hp Super Street fighter??? i have their 3000 stall.

I have the "supposely" 1200hp..which a pi 3400 stall..you should know that the HP doesn't break the tranny its most of torque...

i hope TCI has improved their product.

NOT POSSIBLE!!! I had my TCI street fighter (850 hp rated HAHAHA)trans & convertor rebuilt AGAIN last December. SECOND rebuild of convertor AND trans in little over 1,000 miles. Picked it up December........snowing like hell so trailered it 600+ miles home / washed it reall good and put it away. NEVER even test drove it. SHOULD of known better. My installer didn't test drive it either. Big snow storm where they were located. Only ran it on chassis dyno to listen to it. WELL....got it out of storage Satrurday(first time even started since garaged in Dec). Sounded good for about 5-6 miles..THEN the exact same freaking whirling/rattling/whining noises that it was removed and shipped to TCI to get repaired last Dec! POS!!!!!!!!! You hear NO sounds when stopped. But when moving it makes the noises.....AND you can shut the engine off/put in neutral and roll along...same noise from trans tunnel....AS i said....POSSSSSS

5r55s with a good tuner , after that 4r70w.

PA is now making a built 5R55S but I don't know how well it holds up. I would believe what PA says before I would TCI.

Ive "heard" the Level10 is a good trans but no personal experience so take that for what its worth....
