NOW, Im trying to figure out if the seals are going on the damn thing or is just oil being sucked in from the intake valve comming off the passenger side head ...?? would an

I had the same issue. It's pulling oil from your head through the little hose to your inlet pipe. I installed a separator in that line and my oil "sucking" has pretty much stopped. So yes, install a separator, or run breathers on both valve covers and ditch the line running from your valve cover to your blower inlet.

Also, pay attention to the color of the oil, and the oil level in your head unit to make sure the head unit is not the source.

Go with a breather setup and dont look back... That way you can be 100% sure there is no oil getting into your intake.

I agree that it's probably oil coming from the engine vent hose. Mine was doing the same thing until I installed a catch can with a breather on it.

I went this route and tied both valve covers into it.

I had the same issue even with the oil seperator. I was advised by Mike from BDP to go with breathers all the way around. No issues since.

I think you just plug the intake, I plain to use breathers as well.

mine too. took care of almost all of the oil problems I was having.
I had the same thing with the catch can. It almost worked for me too... Then I got smart and bought breathers for cheaper than a catch can and now I have 100% NO oil getting in my piping or intake mani

Like I said, get breathers and be done with it!

Order 5/8" and 3/8" K&N breathers. They can be bought almost anywhere. Check summit or jegs. I also went with a CFM oil filler breather. http://focus.c-f-m.com/cfmbilletvalvecoverbreatherkitfor2005-08fordmustanggt.aspx

Install the breathers and plug everything else off... Its really simple and you'll NEVER EVER have to worry about oil where its not supposed to be again! :highfive:

The only issue I have with all those breathers is they tend to "drip" oil from time to time. I'd much prefer to run the separator/breather that Mark has on his. My inline catch can does a pretty good job, but I intend on running the same setup as Mark.
