SOLD!
Up for sale I have a Procharger P1SC H.O. Supercharger tuner kit for 2005-09 Mustang GT. I bought it used from another member on this forum a few years ago. It actually has a 12-rib pulley setup, which is a little overkill for this system but that’s how it came when I bought it and it works. Comes with two supercharger pulleys: 3.33” (12-13 lbs. boost) and 4.25” (7-8 lbs. boost). I personally ran the 4.25" pulley, which was good for ~7 lbs. in 5300' of air. All the necessary piping, couplers, brackets, fasteners and clamps are included and will be labeled and bagged individually, plus a brand new 12-rib belt from procharger.
Things you will need to make this setup complete:
- Cooling system upgrade kit for 2005-06 cars
- Slim fan to make room for the 12-rib setup
- ATI Superdamper and ARP Damper bolt (part# ARP-156-2501, $28.49 from Summit). The stock bolt cannot be used with this damper.
- Injectors
- Boost-a-pump or aftermarket fuel pump setup
- MAF extender or bigger MAF sensor
- Tuner and a tune
A few other notes:
- The finish on the piping is not perfect, there are scratches and scrapes. A good powdercoating would make them look nice if you are picky about appearance.
- The intercooler does have a few dents in the fins on the front sides from being mounted. It was like this when I bought it, and does not affect the performance of the intercooler. Can be seen in pics below.
- The outer shoulder of the 4.25" blower pulley is dented in on one side. It was like this when I bought it. I ran it like this for 3 years and had no issues with it on the belt. Can be seen in pics below.
- The underside of the tensioner is scratched up a bit due to me having it set incorrectly and the belt rubbing on it when I first installed it. It's not noticable once it's installed as it's on underside of the tensioner. Can be seen in pics below.
- The I.D. tag on the blower is faded, but the serial # is still visible. Can be seen in pics below.
None of those affect the way the kit performs, but they are there and I felt they needed to be pointed out.
Asking $2500 + shipping. I had this listed as a complete turnkey kit, but after a couple of months with no sale I parted out the balancer, injectors, fuel pump, slim fan etc. If you're looking for any of that stuff I have it listed in a separate thread here: http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=129237
