Hey guys,

I have a 2005 GT with a C&L Racer CAI and an SCT Tuner that I used to put a BBR tune on my car. I'm selling the car and returning it to stock. When I do so, I have a few questions:

1. After putting the stock tune back in, the SCT Tuner will be unlocked, correct?

2. Will the BBR tune be available on the SCT Tuner for the buyer of the tuner?

Thanks.

why not leave well-enough alone and do nothing. Everything is coming with the car right?

Unless you delete the BBR tune it stays put.

I'm selling the parts separately from the car.

So the BBR tune stays on the tuner and will be considered "unlocked"?

Thanks again.

Yes, it will be unlocked and the BBR tune will be in the tuner but it won't be usable by the new buyer unless their car has the same computer code as your old car did.

Tunes are strategy code specific so not too likely that a buyer can use the tune.
