Rear end or transmission problem. Need help

Torqued down locking nuts on studs and everything still works fine. Whatever was stuck (sprag?) is now unstuck. Took it out on the road and car ran flawlessly. Followed instructions on how to bed brakes, and then did the crankshaft position sensor relearn procedure. I still plan on upgrading trans in near future.
