Ok so I lowered the car a while back but it has had an intermittent squeak I can not nail down and I need some pointers.. I've greased the panhard via the grease fittings and soaked spray lube on the control arms, sway bar mounts, basically everything visible that moves. The ONLY time I've managed to get a squeak from it while working on it was to push on the rear fenders and wiggle the car left to right but even then it's hit or miss to if it will replicate.

My next thing to check when I have time is the springs themselves but I feel like that may be a long shot.. anybody else have insight to where to look? The damn sound is driving me nuts!

I had a squeaky adjustable upper that was driving me nuts, had to remove it and put a thin coat of silicone grease on the bushings and contact areas.

mine would make noise when I shook it back and forth like you said, or when driving. Was more of a rattle though. But it was the shocks.

It's a stretch but it could be over-axle pipes or exhaust hangers rubbing some where. Last time I put my exhaust on I let the tips out a little bit. I'm going to have to push them back in or trim the hangers because it is squeaking something fierce right now. Almost embarrassing. With the car being lowered you might have brought the axle too close to the pipes and it may be rubbing. I know mine is exhaust because I can kick the tips and hear it squeak.

did you guys re-use the manifold to x-pipe gaskets when you replaced mid-pipe?

I get a hissing/air leaking sound ever since I put my O/R X on. Clamps are tight, even orange permatex'd the joints, but the sound remains.
