Tadaaa!!!! I just installed one on my friends 07 Convertible. The pictures NEVER look as good as the actual product. The blue LED's in his car look pale just like the ones in my other pictures...they are actually much darker. The color match is pretty good.

What do you guys think?

I'll have a red done in the next day or two.

FINALLY!!!

I converted the rest of the LED's on this radio to red also, but it was from a different radio and doesn't have all three plugs on the back so I couldn't light the panel to show the full effect.

The red is MUCH darker in person...very nice. I had thoughts of doing my own car in red....I think this may have convinced me.

I will try to take some shots at night to eliminate the glare/reflection so it will show the true shade better.

Ok....here's a red at night. I'm still a novice with my wife's new camera...LOL. Still doesn't show the depth of the color. It is much richer/darker in person.

The Blue is pretty much a direct match for the factory My Collur blue.
I found the install to be incredibly easy because entire components are shipped.

When you receive your order, you'll understand what I mean.

The entire swap can be done with standard hand tools.

Ill post up pics when I get a chance but I've been busy as of late.

If anyone is on the fence about the actual swapping, just understand that everything can be done within a few hours, even if you have never taken apart your dash.

My dash is apart for another reason at the moment but I could take pictures for anyone who would like them.

Thanks for getting rid of that avg green. It had bothered me since I bought the car.

Hey RH - So, I'm lazy and don't want to back-track and re-read the beginning of the thread.

What would it take for you to change the LED's to Blue in mine, and what it the turn-around and cost be?

Thanks man!

Ron is right about the pictures not showing the true colors. The blue radio matched the LED conversion great at night.

Wont be disappointed with swap..... :)
