Ok,how do you correct it without ALCA?? What were they made for, other than adjusting something??I have had my car since new, never in accident, never winter driven, only has 485 RWHP, with 37,000 miles, has welded torque box brace, frame is not bent.Front suspension is all stock.I measured my LCA's they are the same.Any info welcomed, what to look for etc.

Let me know when you find a 2005 Mustang that has a out of square rear axle, more than factory tolerances which every car has, that isn't the result of damage in some shape or form. In your case, I'd be willing to bet that if nothing was damaged that it was the mounting tabs on the NEW axle. I'm not saying that adjustable LCAs won't square the axle. I'm saying it's not really the right way to do so in my opinion. Adjusting the LCA length without adjusting the UCA length is going to have an effect on instant center and pinon angle. If you're adjustable LCAs are the same length on each side than how did you use them to square the axle???

Sorry,i measured my my non adjustible LCA,which were equal in len.You are correct the mounting tab is slightly off, installing the relo brackets throws it out further. My rear was out 1/4" before & 1/2" after relo brackets. Its easier to use ALCA than move tab on axle.Yes i have an AUCA.Now i can adjust my axle on the vertical & horizontal axis & left to right. What is within factory spec for squareness,1/16 1/8?? Why do they make ALCA??

I believe that they make ALCA so you can adjust your pinion angle from the LCA's which was typically easier on older mustangs when they also had 2 UCA's and 2 LCA's. But now since we have only 1 UCA it would make more sense and be way easier to adjust one item once instead of trying to adjust 2 things to be identical.

Someone correct me if im wrong.
