Secondary timing chain tensioners

Anyone installed the secondary tensioners? I’m doing the entire cam drive kit on my 13 gt. When I put the secondary tensioners in they don’t seem to be super tight. I know they will pressurize with oil when running but just wondering if it’s normal on new install. Anyone have any installation tech info on these? Thanks, Chris
