Per another forum, the s550 brakes will not work on s197. I'd like to hear that this is wrong, but it came from a reputable source. Your car looks good! Save the coin and go for the 15" gt500 setup. I need to get better after pics:
The front and rears look great, think it might be my next purchase.

I cantfind any offsets online. I just thought about them yesterday.

Only rohan 19x11 fitment I know of is a +30ish offset. Not ideal.

+28 is the offset. That will be very aggresive
