Shift Points

I set my Auto shift points @ 6900...The 1 to 2 shift comes @ 6500 on the tack but the 2 to 3 and 3 to 4 shift @ the set 6900...

A should i raise shift points ? and to what RPM ?
B why does the 1 to 2 shift come early ?

I have recently (just got the datalogging to work right) noticed the same thing about the 1-2 shift occuring @ 6500rpm. I would imagine it is because of the tune. I am trying to tweak the tune with the PRP software and if I figure anything out, I will post up. Anybody have any other ideas?
