Side marker len removal

I want to take the side marker lens out of my rear bumper to black them out but I'm wondering if I have to remove the entire bumper to get them out. Does anyone know?

Screw driver just pops them out....put a rag or cloth between the screwdriver and the bumper to keep from harming the paint and you're golden.

What year? For the 2010's and up I removed the 3 screws on both sides of the rear bumper in the wheel well, when you do that it gives you enough access to unplug the light and pop it out.
