Did the rod or block go first. All other pistons and valves look good. Shortblock looks pretty good for being 5 yrs old lol To bad it took my car with it.
Not sure how but spark plug didn't get hit.
bumping back this thread. I was looking at the pics and i noticed the all the 3 valves hitting the head gasket, i have used felpro gasket before and i heard some kind of noise.
luckily i took the heads out to find that the valves were hitting on head gasket. If you pay att to the above pics you will see what i am talking about.(below pic for reference marked in yellow) i just wanted to bring this up for future reference.
