Anyone doing this? It just seems that there is a much better selection of decently wide 17" wheels in SN-95 offsets so my question: is anyone running SN95 offset 17x10.5's or even 17x9's for that matter as they are much more readily available (or anything else 17" and between 9-11" wide). I'd like to run M/T's 295/45 17 drag radial but there seems to be a shortage of s197 offset wheels wide enough for this tire.
This would be for the track only.
Thoughts?

I have a set of the stock 95 GT wheels with 275/50's on them.....I do believe I have seen the 295/45's on these wheels, just don't hold me to that.....

I run 98 cobra wheels with no issue....keep in mind if you run a 17x10.5 or so you'll be slinging rubber on your roof which sucks to clean off.

I definitely don't want them to stick out like a trailer park camaro so I think I'll stick with a 9" wheel if I can't find something in my budget that will have close to the right offset.
Thanks guys.
