To the OP - no such thing as "best" depends on what your goals are.

When you have almost daily posts making it into the wrong spot, the problem isn't with the users.

The problem is the new user not taking note of the house rules. It's not the house that has the issue.

Why are you so angry over trivial things on the internet? Is it really that important in your life?

To be honest the forums desperately DO need renamed, however.

no they do not. They are clearly labeled

2005+ Mustang GT 4.6L Tech
Technical discussion about the 2005+ Ford Mustang GT 4.6

Mustang Chit Chat
Want to talk Mustang but it isn't tech? Do it here

The technical definition is in the sticky....

Lol angry, not at all. To be honest, you need to read the rules and stickies before you suggest crap like that.

They sure don't work like that blown. I've seen them drop 25-30ft lb under 3500rpm on blown cars.

Yes, it is. The user either a) does not care to follow the rules b) is ignorant to how things operate here c) is just plain stupid. It's not hard to understand what post should go where here. There is even stickies that will tell you what warrants tech and what doesn't. Stop making excuses for the dumb, lazy and ignorant.
You really shouldn't HAVE to read rules to figure out where to post. What has happened here is akin to hanging a "restroom" sign on your bedroom and not expecting people to go in there looking for a place to piss.

since when is the technical section meant for in-depth discussion, usually involving %'s, ft'lb's, while installing, figuring out why part A doesnt fit on part B, akin to just letting everybody piss wherever they want?

you have mis-read this site then

fwiw not everyone gets it on what should be defined as this or that but it is most important that we help each other with advice to those that seek it. We thank the gods of the copy book headings to be there when we get it wrong.

thanks for the dyno post it was informative.

hope the op won't run off and let us know what they decided. Not all of us have sand in our panties and are more forgiving.

But back to why we're all here. When I first joined, i spent hours researching for answers to questions I had, sought out what people were using and why. Honestly, searching for the answer is faster than posting a thread and waiting to hear from whomever may answer. And even still, the majority of what people use is because they like it for one reason or another.

The fact of the matter is, it should've been searched first. I posted in the wrong area once, but never asked a question without searching first.
