T56 Swap Speedometer Wiring Help

I swapped out the 5R55S with a T56 Magnum XL with a VMP tune on my 2008 Stage 3 Roush. I kept my PCM and OEM engine wiring harness but added the Bowler Performance All-In-One harness for the transmission. Everything works except the speedometer. I'm not getting any trouble codes either. I have the speedometer signal wire from the Bowler harness going to the GR-RD Signal Return which goes to PIN 41 on the Transmission PCM connector. I talked to the people at Bowler Performance and they told me to ground the DB-YE wire that went from PIN 3 on the PCM connector to the OSS. Still doesn't work. I've checked everything with a multimeter and it's wired how I was told it should be, but that doesn't mean it's wired correctly. I've hit a wall trying to figure this out so any input will be much appreciated.

I thought the VSS was a direct splice when going from a manual TR3650 to the T56 Mag XL, so I'd think it'd be the same as any auto to manual swap.
