^^^^^ Yeah he left so early -- he was a -.379. He has a very nice car though and we looked at the time slip and figured he ran a 9.0X--somewhere around a 9.05 to a 9.08. He is at full weight to (4,000 lbs with driver). 3.6L Kenne Bell, on E85, with a 50 dry shot on a 275 M/T Pro.

yea, he said you were a good bit quicker so he jumped ya.

A little bonus. PSFRACER from one of the other boards was picking on me. His car is a handful of tenths faster, so I had to dirty him at the lights

Aluminator and full weight, runs 9.05-9.20 from what he said

Ok, so here is the deal:

The Saturday runs were just my "baseline" runs as I wanted to see the difference my changes made on the following day, Sunday. So on Sat I ran two 8.75s @ 156 mph.

Sunday: I changed the tune up as follows: OLD tune up was 26 N20 jet, 24 Fuel Jet, 7 psi fuel, 22 degrees timing. Was too rich, leaned it up a bit to a 28 N20 Jet, same 24 fuel jet, reduced fuel psi to 6 psi on the N20 regulator, and backed off the timing to 20 degrees. Car responded with the 8.579 @ 158.78 with a 1.272 60' time.

Still showing a little rich. Stayed with same 28 N20 jet, changed fuel jet to 22, kept fuel pressure at 6psi, timing 19 degrees. I could tell the car liked that even more, but unfortunately it blew the tires off, so its making some power.

I also ran a 8.66 @ 157 but my bottle pressure was way low on that pass as there was a delay on the track and I was in the staging lanes a long time.

Anyway--I am going to stick with the 250 shot and continue to refine the tune, as I am noticing the engine responding to minor changes in a big way. Also, the car will be hitting the limiter through the stripe at 160, so perhaps a little taller tire or a slight gear change is in order. In any case not worried about it right now as my cage is only good to 8.50 anyway, and I think by continuing to refine the tune I will reach 8.50 anyway.

Video. There is always video. Video of my best pass:

Thanks Terry.

Here is my pit set up. We had the fire pit going Sat night as we stayed for Sunday racing as well.

The other half wants me to get a new trailer. I had this one sold earlier in the year but the buyer backed out.

Awesome! I would have had to leave straight from the burnout box if you had the big tune in it, lol! Remember, I -.379'd with the BACK tires so it was a pretty huge jump.

No, which is why the other half wants a new one.

I have two cots set up, and portable heaters, as well as A/C, but no shower or bathroom. I admit it would be nice to have a trailer with at least a shower/bathroom and a fold out bed.

I hear that, when I went to the YB Nats, a buddy was racing with his friend, had a 48' motor home and a 36' stacker trailer. The motor home was great.

Very fast.

I had a new motorhome and 30' trailer when I ran points. IT was like staying at home when at the track.

Honestly what you have right now does not look {Ragged} to me.

You have a nice set-up for car and hauler. :thumb2:

Like I said before if I lived anywhere within a normal driving distance I would Luv to see you make passes in that Machine.

I will say from the Pics. & Videos it is one of my favorite Mustangs !!!
