Had a hunch that my car was stalling a little bit at lights and during stops because of an injector issue.

I pulled the drivers side fuel rail and cycled the key (did not start). Sure enough, it blew off the 3rd injector from the front of the car. Guess I have a bad injector. Now, to buy a new one. FML

Just thought i'd share.

That sucks. Just when it sounded like you had like you had the bugs worked out to.

Why do you think the injector is bad bc it blew off? I have shot a few injectors off the rail turning the key on with out the rail bolted down on accident myself.

Cuz the ford guy told me one of my cylinders had to be drained of fuel from it hanging open. This may or may not have been confirmation. Once I get the new injector ill pull the rails and do more testing.

Yeah thats a whole different ball game with a stuck open injector. There is more than enough pressure to rocket off the injectors from the rail regardless. Ask me how I know ;)

45psi ? yeah i bet they go shooting off pretty good. The fountain of gasoline everywhere afterwards must be a treat too.
