I don't recall 19's being a factory option on a 2010. And the STB only on track pack cars?
To be legal in F-stock you have run the car in a basic state that could have been bought from Ford (not a dealer option, factory options) + allowed mods per the rulebook. The good news is STX and STU are options if you don't want to do that.
With the Ford approved camber bolts and strut mods you can only get around -2 and you want all of it. No issues with slipping as long as the bolts are torque down (I actually overtorque them and use a little blue loctite).
