Most All the info out there consists of people's subjective opinions as to the torque arms efficacy. There are not a far as I know any before and after timed tests of cars so equipped. Until there is verifiable data under approved test conditions the argument will always go thusly. My point is that the subjective improvements to ride quality, confidence and rear end grip are substantial when you upgrade a stock or nearly stock vehicle to a Cortex or I imagine a Griggs rear end system with TA/WL/LCA. But if you say that, as I did, prepare for everybody that has never tried it to argue with you. You will not improve your understanding of it one iota here. Is it better than a stock UCA? yes! Is it better than a clunky, ill fitting harsh riding aftermarket UCA. Definitely yes. Will internet numbers crunching concerning antisquat geometry/ IC /roll center adjustment etc . . . lead to this understanding? not really. You must drive one. My car is available if you are ever in LA. Will be at Willow on the 19th.

No, you won't have the full "ah-ha" moment that requires real-world experience to actually feel.

But if in addition to being able to calculate such things you have an idea how to relate them to the way your car behaves you'll be at least partway there.
