Tune question for Whipple Supercharged 3V

I have a 3 valve with a whipple ho, hot rod cams and long tubes. It was dyno tunes by Lund with straight through borla type s mufflers. I recently put the stock mufflers on due to the recent birth of my daughter. Does the car have to be retuned when changing to a chambered style muffler? Thanks in advance

You should not need a tune adjustment.

The change in back pressure is so small, there is more than enough room for correction factor in the trims if your tune was right to begin with
