Looking for a good tuner with a load bearing dyno preferably to tune my car when i install my power adder. I live in deep south texas so something close to corpus or SA would be great if not then i guess i can limp all the way up north. All my work will be done here near McAllen so i would have to drive the car out there to get anything done.

All depends on budget, got a great deal on a Roush M90 or a bare bones TVS but Lightblades turbo set up is sounding better and better.

I honestly can't say there are any GREAT tuners here in south-central Texas... Id get you a wide band and get in touch with Lito...and turbo is a great idea!!! Kinda partial

yeah my mechanic deals alot with Justin over at VMP, he basically told me to get a base tune from someone and we will hit the streets with his LM-2 and we will fine tune it from there. Otherwise do you know of anyone close that has a load bearing dyno?

STP has a mustang dyno as well as Max V and Noribilt

STP is a great install shop and my tune is great when the car runs... I just think if I had Lito tuning I wouldn't be having so many problems....but I could be wrong! They are great guys at STP but for the money there are definitely better tuners IMO! Especially for the 3v... I feel like STP has a lot more knowledge in the 2v/4v aspect not as much on the 3v

the more i think about the more i wonder if it would just be a good idea to rent a flat bed trailer and hook it up to my mechanics truck and tow it up there. Down here there is only one Mustang Dyno and the guy that owns it really does not know what he is doing. Everything is more than a 4 hour drive for me and i dont think i can limp the car that far. I know Lito can get the tune done but i also believe he is going to need some kind of dyno info to fine tune it from there and i dont want to kill my stock bottom end trying to get to a dyno.

All you need is a wideband... All a dyno is is a simulation of being on the street... Get a wideband and let Lito hook you up im telling you...Lito knows the 3v in and out and you need a tuner that knows how to tune the 3v

You could strap it on a dyno when he's done tuning and see what it puts down....I'm pretty sure he does remote tuning on dynos but not sure really

I honestly thought there would be TONS of performance shops out in TX........however, when i got here to El Paso, there was literally on one shop......NO ONE had ANYTHING to good about them and called the owner a "crook" and a few weeks later the shop was closed because the owner did infact have warrants out for his arrest. Cant wait to get back to the east coast
